On Saturday, October 4, join fellow planners and leaders in the financial planning community in an interactive dialogue from 1 to 3:15 p.m. to discuss the topic of diversity in our profession. Client and colleague demographics are continually changing and diversifying. All of us can learn how to better work with people of different backgrounds and views.

We will discuss and develop specific strategies to raise awareness of our profession in diverse communities of race, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation and, in so doing, increase professional opportunities for the widest spectrum of people so that all may join and thrive in the financial planning profession. We'll work together to be an inspired community that transforms lives through our collaboration, inclusiveness and creativity.
