Professional Development Seminars

Sessions will be scheduled in the Professional Development Pavilion that inform and educate the conference community about FPA, the importance of being involved in the Association, career development issues and how to connect with fellow financial planning professionals.

Student Opportunities

FPA Boston 2008 provides many opportunities for students to connect with the financial planning community. Students are invited to relax and network in a dedicated space within the Community Building. Several events are planned to engage students in professional development sessions in the exhibit hall, to connect students with seasoned financial planners and to connect with the local and national FPA community at large. FPA of Massachusetts chapter members will serve as ambassadors during the conference to foster connections and help students navigate the conference to ensure a valuable experience. Student volunteers will be present to help make FPA Boston 2008 a great experience for all — stop by the student volunteer school display booths to meet these talented and energetic students.
